Website information

Information on this website is a general overview of our services. It is not an offer or a quotation. Final scope, timescales, fees and any third-party costs are confirmed in the individual proposal we send you.

Enquiries

When you send an enquiry, please give accurate information so we can respond properly. We aim to reply to every genuine enquiry, but sending an enquiry does not create a contract between us.

Project agreements

Website and booking system projects are governed by the proposal and service agreement accepted for that project. That agreement sets out the scope, payment schedule, revision rounds, content responsibilities, timescales and cancellation terms.

You are responsible for supplying the content, images and business information needed for your project, and for confirming that you have the right to use them.

Third-party services

Domain names, hosting, booking software, email services and other third-party tools may carry their own charges and terms. We will identify these where they are relevant to your project, but we are not responsible for the availability or performance of services operated by others.

Intellectual property

The Business Web Studio name, logo and the content of this website belong to us and may not be copied or reused without permission. Ownership of work produced for a client project transfers as set out in that project's agreement, normally once all invoices are paid in full.

Liability

We take care to keep this website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
